Fail, but Fail Quickly - Secret to Success

Using Disney's PIXAR as an example:

In a castle floating in the sky live a king and his two sons, who all dislike each other. One day the sons accidentally end up on the ground as the castle floats away, and they come across a tall bird.
This was the original concept for the movie Up, and it initially fell flat with Pixar executives. The elements of the story didn't really gel, no one identified with the princes and the feeling of escape that creator Peter Docter was going for wasn't coming through, Pixar co-founder Ed Catmull told BuzzFeed.

"That first version didn't work at all," said Catmull, the author of Creativity Inc., a new book about building a creative workplace culture. "The only things that survived were the bird and the title."
But Pixar kept refining and tweaking Docter's idea until, to use Catmull's words, the movie finally found "its heart." And when it did, that heart kept beating and beating and beating — the 2009 blockbuster about a bespectacled curmudgeon whose house is carried away by a candy-colored batch of balloons went on to gross $293 million at the domestic box office and a worldwide total lifetime gross of $731 million, according to BoxOfficeMojo.com.

Up's success didn't result from the vague, amorphous "Pixar magic," a phrase film critics frequently employ to describe the studio's impressive track record of box office success (all 14 of its movies have debuted in the top spot at the box office) that lacks any kind of real-world meaning. Rather, as Catmull said, Pixar's success is the product of a deliberate attitude toward creativity and failure. As Catmull described it, the so-called Pixar Way is really a broad range of management principles that have relevance in businesses ranging from film studios to factories.

"If you were to ask a group of people in an auditorium if they can think of ways to make people more creative, only a few hands would probably go up. But if you ask those people to think of ways to block creativity, everybody would probably raise their hands," Catmull said. "So let's approach this from the other side. I believe everybody is creative, and I define creativity in addition to expression as problem solving. What are the barriers? Insecurity. Fear. People don't want to make mistakes. That raises the question, how do you make it safe for people to say what they think or that it's safe for them to make mistakes?"

The answer: Reframe the concept of failure.

"There's two meanings of the word 'failure' that we've conflated," Catmull said. "One is that failure is a necessary part of learning. The other meaning is the one we've learned in school: If you fail a class, it means you screwed up. At an adult level, if someone makes a mistake in a company or in the government, people around them can be extremely unforgiving. So, emotionally, people are driven to avoid anything that smacks of it without realizing it's not an evil at all, but a necessary consequence of doing something new. So, one has to reframe it. When you start something new, you will make mistakes, and if you don't make mistakes you're either copying yourself or copying someone else."
As with Up, some of Pixar's other successes, like Monsters, Inc., were dramatically, and sometimes painfully, reshaped on their long march to the silver screen, each failed concept bringing the ultimate creation closer to what Catmull describes as the film's "true north." The original idea for Monsters, Inc., for example, first focused on a 30-year-old man "coping with a cast of frightening characters that only he could see." The monsters were his unaddressed childhood fears, and as he confronted them, they began to disappear.

"What nobody knows is how many wrong turns the story took, over a period of years," Catmull writes in his book of Monsters Inc. Through all the do-overs, Docter, who also directed Monsters Inc., held on to an idea about monsters scaring kids for a living. Eventually, the now-familiar characters of the shaggy beast Sully and his one-eyed sidekick Mike began to emerge, as did a universe populated with monsters whose job it is to scare kids like the young girl in the film, named Boo.

"While the process was difficult and time-consuming, Pete and his crew never believed that a failed approach meant that they had failed," Catmull writes. "Instead, they saw that each idea led them a bit closer to finding the better option … This is key: when experimentation is seen as necessary and productive, not as a frustrating waste of time, people will enjoy their work, even when it is confounding them."

Through stories like these, Catmull's book attempts to offer readers a peek inside the hit machine that is Pixar. The studio's corporate trajectory, of course, is well-known. Co-founded with Steve Jobs and John Lasseter, along with Catmull, Pixar has produced a string of feature films that have garnered dozens of Academy Awards and set box office records. Creativity Inc. makes clear the ideas for those films don't emerge fully formed. They're often the result of years of tweaking and often laborious reinvention.

"I often say that managers of creative enterprises must hold lightly to goals and firmly to intentions," Catmull writes. "At Pixar, we are willing to adjust our goals as we learn, striving to get it right, not
necessarily to get it right the first time. Because that, to my mind, is the only way to establish something else that is essential to creativity: a culture that protects the new.”

Hashim Words | Hashim Philosophy

The acceptance of the immediate success is our greatest enemy to ourselves, when we should be realizing our potentials and aiming for what we are truly capable of. It's like settling for less than you deserve and should be treated that way. Why stop at the sky when the heavens are way above the sky. Don't limit yourself, even through struggle do we grow & thrive. ***

---

Time doesn't last long, but money lasts shorter.
Road to perdition, let's turn before the border.
We try to make a dollar out of a quarter, too busy chasing paper we forget to put our life in order.

----

You can't delete the past, but you can write the future. Destiny is your truth and everything else is a rumour.

----

People only change when they change Principles. Progress is only made when priorities are defined.
-----

Investment of time is more important than money. Some say time is money, but money can never equal up to time. You can gain all of the riches, but if your time isn't well spent on the important things/people in your life, none of those riches will be worth it in the end.

Hope is Missing Us

We mastered a foreign language,
But is it the language that mastered us?
Did it truly bastard us?
Can we come back from ash and dust?
Can we stop the cycle of boom and bust?
Our leaders can we truly trust?
Can we curb greed and lust?
Accountability is a must.
Deep in the core, deep in the crust,
Our hope is buried and it's really crushed.
Yet it's still alive, just needs a thrust.
In reality, it's just missing Us.

Frustrations of Somali Diaspora

The diaspora feels like they're not wanted and yet want to make a difference. The somalis inside somalia are nicest people, they don't have any opportunities or future due to the opportunists who call themselves sheikhs, leaders, presidents, pm's, tribal heads, gadoomiyes, etc... the problem is NOT the somalis inside somalia that's messing things up, but Somalis outside..who fuel all of the wrong, don't do enough because of their lack of know-how, and their absence alone. So its put up or shut up if you care about somalia. And you gotta go there and see for yourself to make a real difference.

Freedom Fighters & Terrorists / African Future

Only this day in age has there been provided a reason for whole communities not to support FREEDOM because of the labeling of FREEDOM FIGHTERS as "terrorists".

Only this day do real terrorists get to be called "Freedom Fighters" in the name of "DEMOCRACY" .. there was never a real threat to America that it didnt bring itself. such as selling the same WMD's to same people it went war with. (Iraq)

America has had a bad track of supporting dictators/regimes because they were of best interest to America's agenda. This is not true democracy, and America must realize that they have to practice what they preach.

Ever since America's beginnings, America has been a safe haven for immigrants around the world who are tired of tyranny in their country or unjust persecution (Puritans coming to Plymouth Rock escaping England). Countless immigrants from different parts of the world have come to America ever since.

The Start of a Bad Foundation
Yes, America was opportunistic in kicking out the native aboriginal tribes who once thrived on this land, but that wasn't the only injustice done. Throughout the slavery, the racism, the non-equality, etc. - America has shaped and changed ...and YET to this day it is not as perfect or as great "land of the free, home of the brave" as it aims to be and says to be.

TO change that America, must continue reforming the great injustices within its society. It CANNOT let Corporations, Businesses, Politicians, Lobbyists take advantage of it. For the greater good, the PEOPLE of AMERICA that have stood up against injustice before time and time again, MUST stand up for any injustice that is happening. (PRISON SYSTEM, THE EDUCATION SYSTEM, THE FINANCIAL SYSTEM). America is lacking in those departments for the same reason: No One is trying to MAKE significant changes, and more and more youth are falling through the cracks. What will be left for the future of America if the youth will not be there to grab the baton?

Going back to the subject of IMMIGRATION. America, which has accepted immigrants because of 'asylum' and other persecutions must realize that they caused some of these immigrants to come here whether directly or indirectly. HOW? By supporting blindly or strategically dictators/authoritarians/leaders who are NOT fit or are NOT just to their people and their country.

Freedom Fighters & Terrorists
The world just recognized the Egyptian revolution and the Tunisian revolt. And that's the way a revolution is supposed to occur: TELEVISED. Or in this modern day (tweeted and facebooked). But mostly televised through media.

People of the world just seem to be glued to their tv's and unless you put it right in their face constantly they will not care or they will not understand what's really going on. In places where the media is banned, NGO's are banned, and the U.S. is your full supporter in anything and everything you do, just because you're curbing "terrorism" in the horn of Africa ....you are truly king.

This brings to your attention King Meles Zenawi. Ethiopia's Prime Minister, whose TPLF Political Party have been in power since overthrowing the last regime in 1991. Ethiopia has been the face of Poverty for the past 25 years, and it is still. While most of my constituents are more political I am, I am more of a humanitarian justice kind of person. While Meles, my African brother has been getting aid money for so long, we the people MUST know exactly where it went.

Chinese and other foreigners are threatening to take space in Africa and influence, and that is another reason America supports Ethiopia. China has just become the new 'Soviet Union' of back then. This is 2011. And to play both sides and be a pawn in their chess game once again is history repeating itself. THIS WILL NOT play out well for the poor people who are not making decisions for entire country.

THE NEEDS OF ETHIOPIA & THE ISSUES
Infrastructure : From the poorest place to the richest. Schools, Hospitals, Roads.

Justice/Accountability: No more killings & violence.

Peace & Freedom: Every people who want to live in freedom must get their rights as human beings to be free to do so and free to live on their own.

One must realize with their real eyes the "real lies" that are right in front of their face. The real fighters are those who fight with their pen and paper, those who fight with their mind and skills. Artisans who build with their hands and create solutions with their minds - who curb unnecessary violence & conflict through peace and reconciliation.  Africa has been mired in conflict for decades on end and centuries recorded since the Europeans came and colonized us. Now the Europeans and other world powers watch as we colonize each other.

It is an ugly show, but there are people who keep paying for it to continue. Arming each side and watching them slaughter each other, all the while stealing resources little by little. I love my African brothers and sisters, but unless we realize that we are becoming our own oppressors through means not foreseeable to us at the moment, we will never succeed.

Play Your Cards & Like You I am but One

"Play Your Cards Right"
Life without a meaning is like the sun never beaming,
poetry is an art and I like to rhyme with a feeling.
I hope you understand the random thoughts from my ceiling.
Open like a cut but not too revealing.
Closed with a stitch, but not too concealing.
Yeah...life's kinda ugly and not too appealing.
But we should remain content with our dealing.
Your cards might be in a slight,
But remember privilage is not a birth right, and success isn't overnight.
//////////////////////////////
"Like You, I am But One"

Like you, I am but one.
From the sword to the gun, I am all done.
The ink is always on a run. It forever flows like the river.

Why should we be takers when we were never the giver?

God is but One and Greater is none.
Gave light from the Moon and warmth from the Sun.
Praise God by doing good deeds smaller than atom and good deeds bigger than a ton. The ummah we should be tighter than bun.
Some complain life's never fun..they chase wealth and a son,
but they'll be in the line of the losers who end up in a shun.

Let us Involve Ourselves and Evolve Ourselves

The Forever Blooming Flower

The forever blooming flower-

I do not plunge into despair because the rose withers,
I have been down that path and have learned not to grief,
because I know that once Spring rolls in again another flower will bloom,
the beautifuler the flower, the longer it stays bloomed,
But why must I continue on to this process,
when will I find the flower that does not die out?
a beautiful flower that is forever blooming.

Life is but a dream they say, but I say it is more like a nightmare-
leading up to getting buried 6 feet deep in earth
only to wake up to judgment for all of the sins you committed

As I hit the road once again to change the self,
I'm hoping that this one won't have any potholes or ditches.
Memorable is the one that got away. There was she was one day sitting on the pedestal,
on the throne - your queen. Now she has vanished, gone,
nowhere to be seen. You have abandoned her,
you have left her for your own pride and ambitions.
Once gone she will not return. Another door closes,
then another opens, where it leads to- who knows?

Bullet shell casings on the floor, gun-smoke in the air.
My ears deafened because of the loud shellings from the machine gun.
Moqadishu is the location, 1990 is the year.
Memories of dressing up for Eid is all I have.
Trying to go to school with the rest of my siblings but being too young.
The journey has took its toll on the mind, body, and soul.
On the back of my mind, I Wish beautiful Mogadishu will bloom again.
Bloom forever like the forever blooming flower.

Deeqo: Ogaden Freedom Fighter

I wrote a poem last year, and it still rings bells about the injustice in the Ogaden region (see: www.SaveOgaden.org) - the hidden genocide being committed by the U.S.-backed Ethiopian regime.

Don't mind the low volume, this was recorded on my macbook and wasn't really going to youtube it. Please shed light to the genocide in the Ogaden region. Thanks!

She said she was a freedom fighter/
She said so was Aabo and awoowe/
So was adeer and aboowe/
Nineteen years old, this is her story/
Filled with too many tragedies and not enough glory/
Before Aabo left this world, he thought her one lesson/
Always fight for self-determination and progression/
Every night she would have a confession/
Talking to God intimately, wishing how she can wish her way out of this oppression/
What can lead her people out of this physical and mental depression?/
At a young age, Aabo gave her the answer to that question/
You see Aabo gave her an AK, Dark, dull, black and metal gray/
Even though she was a child then, she knew well enough this was not childs play/
From its obvious decay/
You can tell it was so old it was probably used back in the Balkan days/
Yes it needed some shining and she promised she would kill the enemy with it in any way/
When Logic fails and all else does too, emotions gives way/
She knew this tool can bring you temporary joy or utter dismay/
The latter came, Aabo left, four brothers too, her, hooyo and baby sis can only pray/
You see what you hear, is what they say/
What you see is what they want you to see/
You can only stand injustice to a tolerable degree/
Deeqo, AK in hand, is a perfect example of an opponent of pre-destiny/
Liberation is at the forefront of her motivation/
5 times a day in prostration/
Heart is heavy, how she continues there is no explanation/
While we are in December and wishing we got better presents/
Rolling alongside the landscape with militaristic peasants,
Baby sis in heaven, Deeqa and hooyo still struggle in those unforgiveable deserts/
They call them rebels, she calls them FREEDOM FIGHTERS.

African Colonialism in form of Somali Poetry

Somalia is known as the nation of poets, and it has endured decades, and even centuries of colonialism and foreign intervention. One of the great poets of Somalia, Carays Ciise Kaarshe (AUN - R.I.P.) wrote this great poem/gabay that speaks to the contact of colonialism in not only Somalia, but Africa as well. "Waan iyo Waraabe" (the lamb and the hyena), is great example. I will try to translate for you all the english translation, when I get the chance, here is the YouTube video and the poem below. As a africanist, I absolutely love this poem and many others written by the late great Carays. Enjoy! (and please excuse some of the mispellings, it is a copy and paste job). :)

Tixdaan maanta wadaa, waa waydiin iyo warcelin;
Ayaan waayaha ka mid ah, Waraabe iyo Wan baa iswaydaarsaday su’aal,
Wankii baa yiri waryaa! adduunkii waa'dacyoo walaalow dey-Afrikow,
Waswaaskii ima hayo'oo, wanaag baan kugu waddacay,
Warkuna waa kooban yahay, wadaynimo kaama rabo,
Wadanka anaa iska leh, aan kala waydaaranno'ee,
Waraaboow maalin wacan

Runtaa!
Waawgii kale waxaan lehaa
Haaheey!

Wuxuu yiri waa tahay'ee, nabsigii waayahan maqnaa
Inuu waaxdayda yimid, adi uun baa ii waramay
Wadaygay baad tahay'ee, aan waayay; iswahelino'ee
Wanyahow ha i gooyn wadnaha,

Runtaa!
Waawgii kale waxaan lehaa
Haaheey!

Wuxuu yiri waad tahay'ee, kolkaad waydoobsan tahay'ee
Ninkii kuu gala wanaag, abaal baa laga warshaa,
Waxyeello baan kugu aqaan, wanaag baan kugu waddacay,
Warkuna waa kooban yahay, wadaynimo kaama rabo,
Wadanka anaa iska leh, aan kala waydaaranno'ee,
Waraaboow maalin wacan

Runtaa!
Waawgii kale waxaan lehaa
Haaheey!

Wuxuu yiri waa tahay'ee, adduunyada waayo ma leh
Wanaag loogama irkado, ninna kama buuxsho weelkan, maantana waa wareer
Wadaygay baad tahay'ee, aan waayay; iswahelino'ee
Wanyahow ha i gooyn wadnaha

Runtaa!
Waawgii kale waxaan lehaa
Haaheey!

Wuxuu yiri waad tahay'ee, wuxuushnimadii ka baxay'ee
Wasiirro baan leeyahay'ee, wafdigaa iimara arlada, wareerkaad sheegatana,
War iyo waayo uma lihi, wanaag baan kugu waddacay,
Warkuna waa kooban yahay, wadaynimo kaama rabo,
Wadanka anaa iska leh, aan kala waydaaranno'ee,
Waraaboow maalin wacan

Runtaa!
Waawgii kale waxaan lehaa
Haaheey!

Wuxuu yiri waa tahay'ee, ma wiil iyo waalidkiiba
Ayaa kala weecan kara, axdigu waa wayn yahay'ee
Ma labadii wacad dhigata'oo, wallaahi isugu mara, iswaydaarsada xumaan!
Wadaygay baad tahay'ee, aan waayay; iswahelino'ee,
Wanyahow ha i gooyn wadnaha

Runtaa!
Waawgii kale waxaan lehaa
Haaheey!

Sword of the Winner

The sword of the sinner,
Is not as sharp as the winners'.
It's made of wood and can shatter into splinters,
While the sword of the winner can outlast even the harshest of winters.
We can stop it, It's in us,
we can avoid up being swallowed up like dinner.
Let's keep discipline like a sprinter.

Let the strong ones know that their valiant efforts will be rewarded.
While they're in with their ticket,
Others will wonder why they can't afford it.
How can they get in, they will ask themselves?

Then they'll realize that this ticket was free in the first place,
All they had to do was five times a day remember and embrace.
Remember the struggle and try to solve life's puzzle.
Seek the truth always, good and bad you should never juggle.
Back to reality... the operator yells 'next stop is 'RUGGLES'
Back to reality....On this train.
On this train, standing still, but my mind is in a chase,
In a daze,
train stops, and I'm happy to escape enclosed space,
Got out of the train, proceeded walking to a fast pace,
Not trying to be late,
I can feel my heart race.
Now I'm finally here with my ummah, it doesn't matter if I'm first or last place.
It is beautiful and it's Friday,
Wondering through my mind if this could be our last day.

Human progress is at a standstill

Every atom in the universe serves a purpose, the life we live seems like it has been designed for us to live in by our creator. We have been given all of the tools necessary for us to survive and even thrive. We have discovered many things since our beginnings and the closer we get to discovering scientifically all of the things that have puzzled us, it seems that we are forgetting the social understanding that we as humans should have of each other. Sacrificing for our fellow human beings is somewhat of an inconvenience and it seems that the human race is really becoming a race. At the end of it all, we all get buried in the same earth and we all face the same judge.

The sun, stars and the moon serve their purpose in the universe as much as you and i do. The question is are we contributing to its progress are are we inching towards its destruction. Technological advances have helped us in our quest to search for answers beyond the stars that we see in our sky. In the discoveries we have to make, we have to also discover deeper understanding of our fellow human beings. There is no progress without social progress. There is no progress if we don't all progress and benefit. The disparity between rich and fed, and poor and hungary is getting larger every year within country's that are developed or developing. At the end, we are going to be asked: what were our deeds, as the balance scale tilts, you can only hope that it tilts to your favor.

No credibility No Degree

I am a Man without a Country, I am the most hospitable bum. No credibility, no degree.
The dirt roads when I was younger raised me. My people... please praise me.
I am a soul that is empty, hollow like the barrel of a gun.
I am filled with so much fire inside, so much beauty truly. On the outside I am dark and coal-like.
I guess you can say I am the Diamond in the rough. I am Patrice, I am Che, I am Martin, I am Malcolm.
I am all that, but I want to be more.
Growing up I wanted to be like Mike,
But since I have grown up I want to be like Sallalaahu-'Alayhi-Wasallim.
I have dreams to reach farther than my dwellings,
Enough to stir a revolution so the silent majority can start rebelling.
Despite all of the bullet shellings, streets filled with bodies smelling,
we have endured and survived our doomed foretelling.
Yes our story is very compelling, but all praise is due to Allah for us excelling.

The recent somaali sex-trafficking allegations

Shame alone is not enough for these criminals, but a harsh punishment so that any future of these kinds of activities are quieted. All the while we must not forget that these individuals have individual stories that have led them to such criminal activity such as this, so we must socially look at this and what really went wrong and how can we steer future children of the world from taking steps like this. All we can do as bystanders is just criticize, but our critique falls into deaf ears because these individuals are lost. Social programs must be created to fight these kind of situations and travesties.

I can write more about this.. but I’ll leave it at that…

So Close Yet So Distant

So close yet so distant. what used to surround you yesterday now seem so distant even though they never seem to vanish off your rear view mirror.

Staring back, reflecting and blink my eyes to focus on whats ahead on the road.
The images inside the rear view mirror of tragedies untold and small triumphs seem miniscule, but never out of sight.

Yet, there is a longing for those times to resurge and the people and places to come alive to you at your disposal; the fantasy and hope of taking whats good out of those days, and leaving the regrets behind rushes to you as you ponder what could have been.

Ammi, Madre, Mama, Hooyo

Ammi, Madre, Mama, this is for you Hooyo,
For you we’ll always be so loyal.
Even though you are a Queen, you’re more than royal.
You have done everything to make us the best, your hard work I won’t spoil.
My love for you goes deeper than the earth’s soil, and richer than its oil…..
Oh, the days have come and gone, and the time has flown.
From youth hood to adulthood, you are all we have known.
Your children are now grown, and almost all on their own.
You gave us the freedom to roam as long as we did not do things you would not condone,
If we have hooyo, we will sure soon atone.
Still we leave you not alone,
Your phone is still labeled Home - to show that we still acknowledge your throne.
Your closer to us than our bone, in our hearts you are sewn.
Words can’t describe you, not even thousands of poems.

Rise Up Africa

I'm not a poet, call me a word mechanic.
Thoughts is trans-atlantic,
At times my words can be frantic; volcanic; sorta schizophrenic.
But I got it under control, dont panic.
Listen up to this 'Afro-America', even if u cant stand it.
Hear it loud and clear.
Open up your ears, free them from suspicion.
Food for thought, take it as nutrition.
I'm not really here to put you at a disposition,
but I can if i have to, if you don't listen.
Its my ambition to break you out of your oh-so comfortable position,
And teach you the current state and history of the this red, white and blue tradition.
Get your pencil and papers out, this schools free of tuition.
They not tellin you what's correct.
Look at the signs and try to connect,
Dont be like the others who try to neglect.
Try to retain dignity and self respect.
Because we've been at the bottom for so long,
Longing for home since Marcus, yeah its definitely been so long.
We reminisce on the days of Mansa and how we used to be so strong.
If you ask me, assimilation has took its toll on the people of the continent.
Without consent, they've erased our cultures and descent.
Kinda funny how through all this torment,
A couple of programs, and all of a sudden we became content.
DISCRIMINATION STILL EXISTS.
RACISM STILL EXISTS.
Ohh... The Lies they invent.
Yeah Barack is President,
Yet...We're still at the bottom like cement,
And STILL get the littlest percent.
We're at the lowest of lows.
We've got to grow.
Out of this concrete like Tupac's rose.
Even in this darkness, our faces still glow.
Every dog has his day is how the saying goes,
I guess no one can have everyday I suppose.
We remain average joe's,
Fit in average clothes,
Oppressed.......
Not like they did to Martin and his protests,
But Somebody should turn the knob, or we'll bust out this hose.
If not, I feel like one day we'll expode.
With the current, like a river...... we should flow.
Joining the ocean to release, cleanse ourselves from our head to our toes.
Clean the blood sweat and tears is a debt to our ancestors that we owe.
People of color need to wake up, it's a nightmare, not a dream.
The American dream is not what it seems.
Unless you want to head to your own mental and spiritual foreclosure,
Don't fall into its scheme.
Try to fight it and they'll label you extreme.
These traps are set to benefit only the corruptest regimes.

Dont call me a Poet

It’s easy to construct words into poems.
It’s easy to assemble thoughts on to paper.
It’s time to turn those same words into action.
Twenty odd years this fire has been burning.
Souls destroyed, dreams shattered,
Children born then are now adults in their own right,
Yet treated as if they are still children mentally,
Even though they don’t look like children physically.
The rifles they carry on their shoulders says differently.
The Youth need a voice or else they will tread into the blind road,
Not knowing the difference of what is good and what is good for right for now.
They take up arms because that is what they have been supplied.
The rifle is the judge, jury, and executioner.
It’s also one of the quickest answers to the problems of life.
They won’t compromise because they don’t know what is right and what is wrong,
They won’t compromise because they need immediate success,
Rather than success built by a foundation for the future.
It is survival of the fittest, leaving the community prone to death and destruction –
Men, women, and children who just want to live life peacefully.
The words of poets agonize me.
I believe in action over words, work over thought.
In retrospect, I do believe that through positive words,
Action can truly be inspired within a person –
The rest is up to the person – to follow through and change the world.

Thoughts of a Predicate

This is not my world, I just live in it. I want to write not blog, I don't know the definition of blog. My name is not important, but hopefully my thoughts will be - if not to you, then maybe another.

This is my blog, and if you like it, save this page so you can read in the future.
